When more than one person uses AI generation, the hard problems stop being about models. They become: who can see what someone else made, how does an approved direction get reused instead of rediscovered, and does the pricing punish you for adding a colleague who generates twice a month.
Most tools in this category were built for one person and have team features bolted on.

Per seat means every person costs the same whether they generate a hundred clips or two. On a team where one person produces and five review, you are paying five times for reviewing, which is not a generation activity.

For sending work to a client for review, it means the client registers and takes one of your collaborator places (up to 3 on Creator, up to 30 on Agency), or you export files. What a team should actually standardise
The model per job. Agree which model handles which shot type so people stop re-deciding. See which AI model for which shot.
The resolution rule. There is no video upscaler on the canvas, so "generate at delivery resolution" has to be a team norm rather than an individual discovery.
The prompt structure. A shared format for describing shots makes outputs comparable and prompts reusable.
What never gets generated. Products, real people, testimonials, claims. Write it down once; it is the thing most likely to cause a real problem and least likely to be obvious to a new team member.
Who approves spend. At Agency volumes, credits are real money and an unattended batch is an expensive afternoon.
What to evaluate in any team tool
- Does pricing scale with usage or headcount?
- Can a colleague see how an output was made, or only the output?
