The five line items
Crew. Photographer, assistant, stylist, hair and makeup as needed. The stylist is the line clients cut and the one that most visibly shows in the result.
Setups. Every lighting or background change costs re-rigging and test time; plan for it per setup, not per image. Setups usually decide how long the day is, more than the number of products or images.
Talent. Rate plus usage. Adding people converts a shoot into a production with casting, wardrobe, and scheduling risk attached.
Post per image. Retouching, colour, cutouts, and export sets, scaling linearly with image count. On large catalogues this can exceed the shoot itself.

Quotes that arrive as one number are not comparable to each other, and the cheapest is usually the one that quietly assumed the fewest setups and the shortest usage.
