Rolling One Approved Visual Out to Every Market and Format with an AI Agent (Coming Soon to 8frame)

How to turn one approved key visual into versions for several markets and ad formats: the platform sizes to plan for, a rollout routine you can run on the 8frame canvas today with credit costs, and how a Producer agent will plan and check the rollout when it ships.

Coming soon on 8frame. A Producer agent that plans a rollout, checks each version against a market file on the board and lays the results out as one grid for approval is not released yet. This page covers the rollout problem, the platform sizes to plan for, a routine you can run on the 8frame canvas today, and how the Producer will fit in when it ships. No date is announced.

The hard part of a campaign is often not the first visual. It is the twenty-fourth: the same approved frame in six markets and four formats, each with the right crop, the right language and claims that are legal in that country. Done by hand, it is a spreadsheet of file names, a designer resizing for two days, and a reviewer opening files one by one.

The formats you are rolling out to

Platform specs change, so check them before each campaign. As of 2026-10-21:

Placement Ratio Recommended size
Instagram feed image ad (Meta) 4:5 1440 x 1800 px
Instagram Stories video ad (Meta) 9:16 1440 x 2560 px
LinkedIn video ad 4:5 marked "Recommended ratio"; 16:9, 1:1 and 9:16 also supported Not a single size; 75 KB to 500 MB files

Two habits help: compose the master with room on every side so a 9:16 and a 16:9 crop both work, and keep text out of the image where you can, so language versions are a layout change rather than a new generation. For the full method, see how to localize creative for multiple markets and the multi-format export workflow.

Rolling out on 8frame today

There is no batch or export-preset node on the canvas, so each version is its own node. That is slower to set up but easy to review, because every version sits on the board next to the master.

  1. Put the approved master on the board and wire it into each new image node as a reference.
  2. Set the ratio per node. The Nano Banana node offers 1:1, 21:9, 4:3, 3:2, 2:3, 5:4, 4:5, 3:4, 16:9 and 9:16. With an image attached it follows the input's ratio unless you pick one, so set it explicitly for each format.
  3. Write one market per row. In the prompt, describe only what changes: the setting, the season, the language of any visible text. Keep the rest identical.
  4. Check every word. We do not claim any model renders every language's text correctly. Open each file at full size (Original in the download menu) and have a native speaker read it, or set the text in your layout tool.
  5. Size up if a placement needs it. Compare the pixel size with the table above; BRIA Increase Resolution enlarges 2x or 4x for 6 credits without adding new detail.
  6. Lay the versions out as a grid on the board, one row per market, one column per format, and review the grid, not 24 separate files.

What the image rollout costs (an illustration priced from 8frame's per-image rates): 6 markets x 4 formats = 24 images. On Nano Banana Pro at 21 credits each that is 504 credits, about $5.04 at pack rate; on Nano Banana 2 at 1K, 11 each, 264 credits. Retries and upscales come on top.

Video versions follow the same pattern with fewer ratios: Veo 3.1 makes 16:9 and 9:16 only, and the Veo tool opens on Veo 3.1 Fast, 168 credits for 8 seconds with sound. Aspect ratio does not change the price of any video tool on 8frame.

What is coming: a Producer on the board

The home page describes this use case as one approved visual becoming 24 assets, with the team approving one grid instead of 24 files. Here is how the parts will fit together.

The market file goes on the board

You will be able to place documents on the board, such as a market file listing, per country, the language, the approved claims and the words to avoid. A brand wired into the agent will add the palette and the never-say list.

The Producer plans first

A Producer-style agent will read the master, the market file and the brand, and show a plan before anything runs: who does what, which formats, how many versions, and the total. Each step that spends credits will still wait behind its own approval card, with Approve and Not now. See approving what an AI agent does before it spends credits.

The results land as a grid

The versions will be placed on the board inside the agent's frame, marked as the agent's work, next to the master they came from. The Producer is designed to check each version's claims against the market file and say what it found in the board chat. The team then reviews and approves the grid on the board, with comments where something needs to change.

Hand-off between agents

Larger rollouts are planned to use more than one agent: the Producer will be able to hand a step to another agent on the board, and say so in the thread.

For the agent model itself, see AI agents as teammates on a creative canvas, and for brands, brand kits for AI image and video generation.

What still needs a person

An agent checking claims against a market file reads the file you gave it. It does not know your local advertising law, and the file can be out of date. Keep a named reviewer per market, and keep the legal sign-off outside the board's approval of the creative.

FAQ

Can 8frame make all 24 versions in one click today?

No. There is no batch node today; each version is its own node wired to the master. The Producer agent, which will plan the rollout and wait for approval before generating, is coming soon.

Which ratios can I make on the Nano Banana node?

1:1, 21:9, 4:3, 3:2, 2:3, 5:4, 4:5, 3:4, 16:9 and 9:16. With a reference image attached it follows the input's ratio unless you choose one.

Will the Producer generate without asking?

No. It is designed to show a plan with the total first, and each step that spends credits will wait for someone to approve it.

Does aspect ratio change the price of video on 8frame?

No. Aspect ratio is not a price factor for any video tool on 8frame. Veo 3.1 makes 16:9 and 9:16 only.

Will the agent check legal claims?

It is designed to compare each version against the market file you place on the board. It is not legal advice; keep a person responsible for each market's sign-off.
